Josie is a founding member and director of the Foundation for Workplace Spirituality. She brings to this venture a wealth of knowledge and experience which spans working in the NHS, higher education, and private practice as a coach, psychotherapist, supervisor (clinical and organisational), organisational trainer and consultant and spiritual guide.

Since 2001 Josie has co-created and led a great team in Spirituality in the Workplace through the International Conference on Organisational Spirituality (www.icosconference.com) This work has generated very interesting and leading-edge articles, discussion groups and meeting of people passionate about bringing their spiritual nature into their work for the benefit of all.

Presently Josie works as a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Surrey. She is Trustee and Chair of The Wrekin Trust as well as Chair and Director of the Foundation for Workplace Spirituality. Josie's main areas of interest are: Leadership development, in particular Spirited Leadership, Christian and Sufi mysticism, transformational learning and change, spiritual retreats and spiritual guidance, and using clear dialogue with conflict in work and organisations to bring about harmony and effective working relations.
