EVE POOLE is one of the founders of the Foundation for Workplace Spirituality. Eve is Deputy Director for the Ashridge Public Leadership Centre at Ashridge Business School in Hertfordshire, where she teaches and researches in leadership in public service. She is also studying part-time for a PhD in capitalism and theology at Cambridge University.

Eve's career started in the Church Commissioners for England, following a theology degree at Durham University. She then took her MBA from Edinburgh University and joined Deloitte as a Change Management Consultant. She moved to Ashridge in 2002 and is also an Associate at a number of other business schools. Eve is a Trustee of the Christian Association of Business Executives and of the Foundation for Church Leadership.
