Research report on spiritual leadership

The Foundation for Workplace Spirituality is committed to research in the fields of workplace spirituality, spiritual leadership and related topics, such as virtues and values that can make a difference to the quality of organisational environments.

Attached is a short summary of a pilot study into senior executives' perceptions and attitues to spirituality, spirit at work and the place of spirituality in leadership in organsiations generally. There are more data from the pilot study to be analysed so the pilot report will be expanded over the next few weeks. The Foundation will use this data to develop a major research project into spirituality and leadership in organisations.

We would like to invite researchers interested in workplace spirituality to join us as a research community and to offer their suggestions, contributions of research articls and constructive engagement in theoretical debate.
