We offer a registration service for practitioners who wish to offer their services to our network. To register, please download and complete the application form below and then send it to us by post or email. Please also send your registration fee.

We would ask that you provide two references from reputable clients to vouch for the quality of the services you offer along with the name of an existing FFWS member or consultant who is also willing to vouch for you.

We will consider all registration requests carefully before we release your details on our website. Application carries with it a £100 administration fee, 50% of which is payable irrespective of registration.
